Users retain ownership of all contact details collected and are solely responsible for managing and using this data responsibly.
Users can export contact details at any moment via the sync page on the mobile app. Users are responsible for keeping the data safe once exported.
User and contact data is deleted after one year of inactivity. Exported data is the responsibility of the user.
Heap Mobile App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free performance. We are committed to protecting user data as described in our Privacy Policy, which outlines our security practices.
Heap Mobile App does not guarantee compliance with local laws for data collection or privacy. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance.
Users are responsible for any misuse of the app or collected data.
Some features require a subscription, processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) under their respective terms. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
The app, its code, branding, and design are owned by Heap Mobile App.
User-submitted feedback may be addressed but carries no guarantee. By submitting feedback, users waive any rights to the ideas submitted.

These terms are governed by UK law.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled via arbitration or mediation in accordance with UK law. Any litigation will occur in the courts of England and Wales.
The terms of service are currently available only in English.
